With a strong relationship of almost 10 years, AE started her career at 22Squared as a contractor to help with an emergency project, and was brought on to help them form a digital development department and take their agency from a traditional shop to a full service traditional and digital advertising agency. AE left her permanent director role with 22Squared in 2008 to pursue a startup, but continues to consult and contract with them on a regular basis.
• Worked directly with high profile clients like Toyota, Florida’s Natural, Buffalo Wild Wings, Marriott, Ad Council, and Publix.
• Worked with other departments of the agency and the clients to represent development in all projects and brainstorm functionality ideas.
• Oversaw all technical aspects of digital projects from development scope and planning, server setup, information architecture, and development.

Many agencies, such as Iris, Razorfish, CP+B, and others, are repeat clients.
• Worked with Studiocom to plan and develop a new custom PHP Facebook framework for clients like Barilla and Kleenex. Managed offshore teams and created custom interactive web experiences for clients like Purina Busy and Xerox.
• Consulted with BKV for AT&T Wireless to meet tight deadlines for front-end development of media driven micro-sites specializing in responsive and cross-browser compatibility.
• Worked with Razorfish to build Blackberry’s Responsive Website Blackberry.com. With Delta to help develop for delta.com and build LAMP based Facebook applications. With AT&T to develop for Digital Life mobile and web using Object Oriented Javascript, CSS3, and HTML5 in a Java Environment.
• Consulted with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida to develop a full social media campaign and helped with marketing and LAMP driven product based applications. Prepared organizational documents and uniformed branding.
• Worked with a large team at Turner Sports to update Turner Sports network of sites using their own custom XML based tag language.

Lead Developer | Atlanta, GA | 9/2007 - 4/2008

EA reached out to AE when they needed a strong lead to come in and get a very large application developed fast. Utilizing SCRUM, AE managed the project while still being 75% hands on. The final product was complex application that interfaced with gaming servers and monitored users to allow for stat tracking and social engagement.
• Lead development efforts for EA social community rupture.com (which was absorbed into Origin), Managed PHP developers using SCRUM techniques as the SCRUM master, used Hansoft to manage sprints and milestones. Managed project tasks, time line, flow, sprints, and progress. Managed all app documentation and QA.
• Developed custom CMS application in PHP/CodeIgniter/Zend on a Linux/Apache server which interfaced constantly with high traffic gaming servers. Setup version control for the code base using Subversion. Setup application with MySQL development and Oracle production environments.
• Was primary designer and front end developer. Used Photoshop, HTML, CSS, OO Javascript, and JQuery to create interactive front end for EA Link (Rupture) social portal utilizing Facebook, Twitter, Google, and YouTube APIs, created custom API for the social site in PHP.
